MissTrang Coffee began with a personal turning point. After more than a decade in fast-paced marketing, Trang relied on coffee as daily fuel for focus and clarity. Like many, her view of Robusta was shaped by old perceptions - used mainly in cheap fillers and blends, known for harsh, overwhelming bitterness.

A return to Vietnam’s Central Highlands changed that. Experiencing Robusta at its origin revealed something unexpected: deep aroma, strong body, and clean, steady energy without the bitterness she once assumed was unavoidable. That discovery sparked a simple but powerful question: What if Robusta had never been given the care it truly deserved?

That question became the foundation of MissTrang Coffee.

For years, Robusta was judged by poor processing and high-volume production rather than its true potential. We chose to challenge that narrative. By working directly with trusted producers, selecting high-ripeness cherries, and applying clean processing, color sorting, stone removal, and precision roasting, we let Robusta speak for itself. Nothing added. Nothing hidden. The result is a smoother, balanced cup that preserves Robusta’s bold character - without the harsh bitterness it is often known for.
