Many traditional “strong” Vietnamese coffees rely on dark roasting or additives like chicory to create intensity, often resulting in burnt, aggressive flavors. We believe strength should come from quality, not manipulation.
From the very source, MissTrang Coffee applies advanced processing standards. Each batch of beans undergoes mechanical de-stoning and high-tech color sorting, removing stones, defects, broken beans, and visual imperfections before roasting ever begins. This step is often skipped in mass-market coffee. We never skip it.
By starting with cleaner, more uniform beans, we eliminate the root causes of harsh flavors and inconsistency. What remains is coffee that brews cleaner, tastes clearer, and performs better across all brewing methods.
Medium Roast for Modern Brewing Methods

Instead of dark roasting to overpower defects, we use a carefully developed medium roast profile - one that preserves Robusta’s natural sweetness, highlights cocoa and nutty notes, and delivers clean, pure caffeine energy without burnt bitterness. This balanced roast makes our coffee incredibly versatile and well-suited for modern brewing styles such as Espresso, Cold Brew, Pour Over, Moka Pot, French Press, Aeropress, etc.
More importantly, it integrates seamlessly into health-conscious, contemporary drinks.
