Oat Milk & Maple Robusta Cold Brew

The Minimalist: Oat Milk & Maple Robusta Cold Brew
Sometimes, simplicity is the ultimate sophistication. Our Oat Milk & Maple Cold Brew is designed for the busy professional who demands high-quality caffeine without the fuss. It’s clean, plant-based, and incredibly smooth.

The Star Ingredient: Vietnam Robusta Signature
To achieve the perfect minimalist cold brew, you need a bean with a "gu" (personality). Our Vietnam Robusta Medium Roasted Whole Beans provide a smooth, low-acidity base with a natural caffeine content nearly double that of Arabica—perfect for staying focused all day.

Ingredients & Tools
50g MissTrang Robusta Signature (Medium-coarse grind)
500ml water
Glass coffee server with lid, coffee filter bag, or fine sieve.
100 g Premium Oat Milk
25g Pure Maple Syrup (No refined sugar) - a healthier choice

Part 1: Cold Brew Recipe
We recommend a 1:10 ratio (50g of ground coffee, Vietnam Robusta Signature: 500ml of water) and a grinding size of coarse or medium-coarse. This combination not only ensures a full extraction of the characteristic flavor notes of the coffee beans but also produces a smooth cup of coffee that retains the inherent richness of Vietnamese Robusta coffee.

1. Add 50g of ground coffee to a glass coffee server.
2. Bloom coffee. Pour 100ml of hot water (92-94°C) in a spiral motion from the middle for 1 minute and 30 seconds (use double the amount of water as coffee).
3. Pour the remaining 400ml of room-temperature water into the coffee server. Stir gently with a spoon to ensure all the coffee grounds are fully saturated. Close the lid securely on the server. Let the coffee server sit at room temperature for about 1 hour.
4. Put the server in the refrigerator. The brewing time for Robusta coffee should range from 12 to 16 hours.
5. After steeping for the complete time, use a filter bag or filter paper to remove the coffee grounds. Pour gently to avoid disturbing the sediment at the bottom of the coffee server. For the best flavor and quality, we recommend enjoying Robusta Cold Brew coffee within 3 days of brewing.

Part 2: The 60-Second Method

1. The Base: Fill a tall glass with ice and pour in 100g of your Robusta Cold Brew.
2. The Sweetener: Stir in the maple syrup while the liquid is still moving to ensure it integrates with the coffee.
3. The Topping: Top with 100g of creamy oat milk. Do not stir immediately if you want to enjoy the visual "cloud" effect!

Why We Love It
This recipe highlights the Strong Coffee heritage of Vietnam. By using a 1:1 ratio of coffee to milk, you create a balanced latte-style drink that still carries the distinct, chocolatey-malt flavor of our Signature Robusta.
Brewing for a crowd? Use our bulk whole beans to steep a large batch of cold brew that stays fresh in your fridge for up to 7 days.
