Warm Spices, Bold Vibes: The Cinnamon Maple Robusta Cold Brew (Low-Calorie)
Embrace the cozy, "Fall-vibe" all year round with this Guilt-Free Cinnamon Maple Robusta Cold Brew. This drink is a favorite among our US community for its metabolism-boosting spices and strong, sophisticated flavor profile.

The Power of Vietnam Robusta
Our Vietnam Robusta Signature beans are medium-roasted to preserve the natural strength and nutty undertones of the bean. In this recipe, the intensity of the Robusta cuts through the creamy oat milk, ensuring your coffee remains the star of the show.

Ingredients & Tools:
• Glass coffee server with lid, coffee filter bag, or fine sieve.
100 ml MissTrang Robusta Cold Brew (Steeped for 16-20 hours for maximum depth)
• 100 g Unsweetened Oat Milk
25 ml Pure Maple Syrup (No refined sugar) - a healthier choice
1/2 tsp Organic Cinnamon Powder
• Optional: 1 Cinnamon stick for garnish

Part 1: Cold Brew Recipe
We recommend a 1:10 ratio (50g of ground coffee, Vietnam Robusta Signature: 500ml of water) and a grinding size of coarse or medium-coarse. This combination not only ensures a full extraction of the characteristic flavor notes of the coffee beans but also produces a smooth cup of coffee that retains the inherent richness of Vietnamese Robusta coffee.

1. Add 50g of ground coffee to a glass coffee server.
2. Bloom coffee. Pour 100ml of hot water (92-94°C) in a spiral motion from the middle for 1 minute and 30 seconds (use double the amount of water as coffee).
3. Pour the remaining 400ml of room-temperature water into the coffee server. Stir gently with a spoon to ensure all the coffee grounds are fully saturated. Close the lid securely on the server. Let the coffee server sit at room temperature for about 1 hour.
4. Put the server in the refrigerator. The brewing time for Robusta coffee should range from 12 to 16 hours.

5. After steeping for the complete time, use a filter bag or filter paper to remove the coffee grounds. Pour gently to avoid disturbing the sediment at the bottom of the coffee server.  For the best flavor and quality, we recommend enjoying Robusta Cold Brew coffee within 3 days of brewing.

Part 2: Instructions For Making The Cinnamon Maple Robusta Cold Brew

1. Cinnamon Infusion: Combine the oat milk, cinnamon powder, and maple syrup in a frother or shaker.
2. Froth to Perfection: Froth for about 30 seconds. This step is crucial—it prevents the cinnamon from clumping and releases the aromatic oils of the spice.
3. Prepare the Glass: Pour 100ml of Cold Brew over ice. Stir gently to ensure the coffee is deeply chilled.
4. The Marble Effect: Slowly pour the frothed cinnamon oat milk over the coffee. Watch as the cinnamon particles create a beautiful "marbling" effect as they swirl into the dark Robusta base.
5. The Finishing Touch: Dust with a pinch of extra cinnamon and add a cinnamon stick for that premium café look.
